I am so happy to have met these folks, Paul for the great sales of my trike, for Danny for bringing and picking up my trike for service and Kirk for being so knowledgeable about the problems I had with it. Great experience. Paul was very upfront with me and made the experience terrific. This was my first interaction with Zips as I have other bikes but this is my very first Harley Davidson. I placed a deposit on an inbound bike and was kept informed throughout the entire process and he even delivered my New Harley to my home in Alpena. My experience with Zips 45th Parallel HD has been great. Everyone has welcomed me to the dealership and been extremely helpful. Chris, in parts, quickly understood the direction I was taking with the trike and offered some great suggestions. (now if I could just get him to pay for the parts I would be extremely happy) The dealership is putting on the upgrades I requested and I will be able to give a better assessment when the work is complete.
