| ...I found that my starter had broken and would not turn the engine over. ...in the morning I called Zips 45th Parallel HD in Gaylord Michigan and asked for help. Chuck the Service Writer said that he would have a truck and trailer at the motel in 60 minutes. He was a man of his word, so we loaded the bike in the trailer and off we went to Gaylord. ...It's really comforting to know that a HD Dealer will out of their way to help a stranded biker. our trip was great and the meeting of the folks at Zips made it even better.

"I had always dreamed of owning a new Harley Davidson. After purchasing a used 2002 a few years ago, we started buying HD apparel and dressing up the bike. Personal service from Ruth Murphy was awesome and shortly after coming in she’d know our names and likes. Chris and Gwen at parts were more than helpful with stuff I knew nothing about, sending me faxes of the parts and part numbers to ensure I was ordering the correct stuff. While going to a benefit in late July, we dropped off our bike to have a rear tire replaced, when Chuck says you’ll be in and out at a specific time he is right on the money, my biggest problem was getting the bike back until they were satisfied it was cleaned enough. While this was being done I found the bike of my dreams and bought it, a new 2009 Ultra Classic. I would at this time like to thank Mike Zipster, Ron Mason, Tom McDonald and Jennifer Glaser, when they say Customer Service is #1, they mean it. There is such a huge difference between ZIPS and other dealership and we been in a few of them, they may be a few miles or hours more but in my opinion they are worth it."

I have had all the service done on my two bikes at Zips and will not be going anywhere else. Chuck and the fellas in back are awesome. When I broke my brake lever, Chuck had my bike picked up to be fixed so that I wouldn't be riding with only rear brakes. "Our 85 FXRP broke down on the downside of the "bridge" after a call to Zip's and HOG I found myself being towed to the dealership. There I found friendly faces and awesome service, Chuck and Patrick stayed late to get our bike fixed and Dave offered some great stories and info on the new Harleys. I can't say enough about how well we were treated at Zip's.

"I was in the market to buy a new motorcycle and I was just passing by and came into Zips. Mike "suds" immediately took me under his wing and steered me in the right direction on the right bike. He did everything possible to help me out and was extremly knowledgeable in matching me with the right bike, even though I was the "ultimate dumb-a**" customer. Everyone at Zips was upbeat and positive to work with. They had more options avaiable then most dealerships (IE: Finance, models, delivery, accessories, etc). I do plan on purchasing a Harley from zips as soon as I get my daughter married and all the kids are out of the nest. R2"

"This is the first I have had dealings with Zip's since it changed hands and I can honestly say I have seen a big improvment. I am glad I came back for my Harley Davidson needs.The sales staff take care of their customers after the sale.When you walk in you are treated like a friend not just another customer,and it doesn't stop there,it carries all throught the store,from sales to parts to service right to the clothing and accesories,even the owner treats you like he has known you forever.It makes me proud to be a Harley owner and tell people where I bought my bike.

I was on my way to Sturgis last summer when I started to lose oil pressure, I stopped at Zips on a Friday afternoon, they got me in, they got me out, even went just a little beyond closing time. "I just purchased an 08 Nightster. It was delivered yesterday directly to my house, free of charge. Both of the salesmen were exceptionaly helpful. Thanks Mike and Dave.
The service man whom delivered the bike was a wealth of knowledge. Not only does he know about the bikes that Harley has to offer but he's pretty good with cars as well. Thanks for the delivery Chuck.
I have yet to deal with the parts or clothing department but I'm sure that they will be just as helpful.
I look forward to many great years of riding the Nightster, as well as many great dealings with the awesome brotherhood associated with my local Harley dealer.

"I purchased a 2006 ElectraGlide Classic at the end of June '06.
I had some warranty issues with the bike as far as engine backfireing and performance.
Everyone at the dealership was quick to take care of me. the service department work hard to correct the issues I had.
Some of my friends say I should have been upset because of my bike being brand new.
I work in the machine repair industry and I realize that things sometimes break or don't work right, even brand new things.
It is the service of taking care of these problems that makes it O.K.
Shawn, in the service department, is an excellent employee. He has taken great care of my bike and of me.
The girls, Kristy, and Jen, always greet me by name and with a smile. When I am having my routine service appointments, they are great company while I wait, and keep the coffee going.
I have always had good experiences with the dealership in all areas, I have recommended your dealership to others and I know of some that have started shopping there.
